According to the Mortgage Bankers Association, the delinquency rate for mortgage loans on one to four-unit residential properties has reached the highest level since 2010, when we were deep into the great recession. As of November 2020, over 7.6% of borrowers are 90 days or more behind on paying their mortgage.
